How to submit a Review

  1. Click on the link or image above.
  2. When you are directed to the MAI Medical Aesthetics page, click on the link in the top right corner labeled “Write A Review”.
  3. Fill in a title for your review followed by a complete description of your service or purchase experience and a rating.  Please remember before posting that we take negative comments very seriously and you can contact us directly and give us a chance to improve your experience.
  4. After your review has been completed, click save and you should be all set!

  1. Click on the link or image above.
  2. When you are directed to the MAI Medical Aesthetics page, click on the link in the top right corner labeled “Write A Review”.
